About littlehealth

Littlehealth is a premium lifestyle brand, owned and operated by two brothers/business partners from New Hampshire. As passionate health enthusiasts, we both feel exhilarated to share our knowledge and perspective on what a healthy balanced lifestyle provides you with. Having spent years experiencing the ups and down of what life puts on your plate, we can attest to the components necessary for increasing morale. Our goal is to educate and encourage our community to incorporate completing small tasks into everyday activities, which we have found to elevate our everyday morale and overall state of mental health. Our approach has been to make small changes to daily habits, little by little, rather than overwhelming ourselves with the pressure of making a large lifestyle change in one sitting.

About the owners

Tyler Brissenden

My name is Tyler Brissenden. A health and fitness enthusiast and real estate agent/Assistant Project Manager. Growing a strong passion for health and fitness, I was taken back by the importance of taking care of myself and my surroundings. I stumbled into the health and fitness scene due to a lack of productivity and a low mental health state. Having played hockey for most of my life, I was always involved in organized sports. Surrounded by unique groups of people throughout the years, I have been able to defer from the crowd and pave my own path towards what I view as success. When asked what my goal is with littlehealth, I responded that I would like to see my community around me succeed within their own version of success. I am adamant about encouraging my community to take a step back and make progress in small increments, rather than large lifestyle changes.

Alex Devir

I have worked intensive labor jobs including but not limited to, vinyl siding installer for construction homes, laborer for a local moving company, concrete construction employee. I played multiple sports growing up, but mostly stuck to basketball. Playing under various different coaches gave me a pretty good outlook on what dedication and work ethic should consist of throughout my youth. When COVID hit I immediately picked up the weights and got to work on what I thought would cure the haziness from my mind. While I wasn’t completely wrong I found that working out wasn’t going to solve my problems alone. I needed to find joy in the activities I do besides just getting into fitness. I started by trying to keep my mind busy at all times whether it was watching TV ,playing video games, and even going for the occasional walk. After a while I got nowhere and was really losing motivation to keep going. I started doing research on what makes the human brain happy and long story short, found that being productive, no matter how little the task, would keep a human brain stable. I took this and ran with it and started doing the littlest tasks I could do throughout the day, whether it be doing laundry, cleaning my room or another room in the house just to keep myself occupied and productive. Day by day I slowly saw an increase in my mental well being and knew that this is the way for me, and hopefully, many others.
